Features of the aluminum bolt-through profile
The screw-through profile, consisting of an aluminum top and bottom profile with retracted rubber strips, is suitable for channel sheets. The aluminum profile is fracture-proof and resistant and ensures that your plastic sheets are held firmly in place. The rubber strips exert the necessary pressure on the sheets and prevent dirt and water from entering the profiles.

Information on processing and installation
The aluminum profiles can be cut to size with a jigsaw with a metal saw blade and pre-drilled with an 8-mm drill bit. For an even result, you can use the drill groove as a guide; this also prevents the drill from slipping. With appropriate screws, you can screw the profiles 2-3 cm into the rafter. For a professional installation, mount the aluminum-aluminum profiles in the direction of the roof pitch.
Additional information
- Consider your substructure when purchasing the profiles, as aluminum-aluminum profiles are mounted on a wooden substructure and aluminum-rubber profiles are suitable for warped substructures.
- Store the aluminum profiles and their accessories protected from moisture and sunlight to prevent corrosion and deformation due to heat accumulation and water flooding.
