Weatherproof your project with our bolt-through profile made of high-quality aluminum, which is manufactured in Germany. This profile is 60 mm wide and comes with integrated rubber strips that reliably repel water and moisture. It is perfect for fixing channel plates with thicknesses from 3 mm upwards to any type of substructure - ideal for edge zone overhangs.
Our aluminum is untreated, has a classic silver-gray finish and develops a natural oxide layer that protects it from corrosion once it comes into contact with air. This makes it extremely durable and resistant to extreme weather conditions and temperatures.
The easy processability and low weight of aluminum allow you to complete your projects efficiently without sacrificing stability. In addition, the surface exhibits extrusion strips that do not affect stability.

What do the profiles look like?
The designation is bare aluminum, i.e., untreated pure aluminum.
- Pressed aluminum has a silver-gray appearance
- On contact with air, aluminum forms a thin oxide film
- This oxide layer protects against corrosion and makes pure aluminum corrosion resistant
- The manufacturing process leads to "extrusion streaks" on the surface
How are the profiles attached?

Step 1: Preparation
- Meten: Meet de lengte en breedte van het gebied waar je de kanaalplaten wilt installeren. Zorg ervoor dat de maten nauwkeurig zijn, zodat de profielen en platen correct passen.
- Materialen zagen: Als de profielen of platen niet precies passen, zaag ze dan op maat met een geschikte zaag.
Stap 2: Plaatsen van de profielen
- Bevestig de onderprofielen: Begin met het plaatsen van de onderprofielen op de randen van de constructie waar je de kanaalplaten wilt installeren. Gebruik een waterpas om ervoor te zorgen dat ze volledig recht en uitgelijnd zijn.
- Schroeven: Bevestig de onderprofielen met schroeven op regelmatige afstanden om stevigheid te garanderen. Let op dat de schroeven geschikt zijn voor zowel het materiaal van de ondergrond als het aluminium PVC profiel.
Stap 3: Leggen van de kanaalplaten
- Platen plaatsen: Plaats de kanaalplaten Ă©Ă©n voor Ă©Ă©n in de onderprofielen. Zorg ervoor dat ze goed passen en er geen grote gaten zijn.
- Afdichten: Gebruik rubberen afdichtingen aan de randen van de platen om waterdichtheid te verzekeren. Deze afdichtingen voorkomen ook dat er vuil en insecten onder de platen komen.
Step 4: Attaching the top profiles
- Profielen plaatsen: Nadat alle kanaalplaten op hun plaats liggen, bevestig je de bovenprofielen. Deze profielen klemmen de kanaalplaten vast tussen de boven- en onderprofielen.
- Waterpas en afstellen: Controleer opnieuw met een waterpas of alles recht is. Pas indien nodig de plaatsing van de profielen of platen aan.
Stap 5: Afdichten en afwerken
- Siliconenkit: Gebruik siliconenkit om de verbindingen tussen de profielen en de platen af te dichten. Dit zorgt voor extra waterdichtheid en stabiliteit.
- Controle: Loop alle bevestigingspunten na om er zeker van te zijn dat alles stevig vastzit en goed afgedicht is.
Step 6: Final inspection
- Inspecteer je werk: Bekijk het hele construct grondig om eventuele onvolkomenheden of niet goed bevestigde onderdelen te identificeren en corrigeer deze waar nodig.
Na deze stappen zou je kanaalplaten goed geĂŻnstalleerd moeten zijn met een degelijke waterdichtheid en stabiliteit, klaar om elk weer te weerstaan.

Midden aluminium profiel systeem PVC 60mm breed – voor 8 mm kanaalplaten
Onze installatie profielen worden in Duitsland geproduceerd en vervaardigd. Ze zijn gemakkelijk te verwerken en kunnen ter plaatse aan uw project worden aangepast. Aluminium rails worden geleverd met een boorgroef en worden normaal gesproken om de 30 cm op de dakspar geschroefd. Onze roestvrijstalen schroeven met EPDM afsluitring worden 2-3 cm in de dakspant geschroefd en garanderen stevigheid en duurzaamheid met EPDM afsluitring. Wij kiezen voor aluminium als materiaal omdat het grote voordelen heeft ten opzichte van andere materialen op het gebied van dak en wanden. Als relatief zachte metaalsoort blijft aluminium soepeler en kan het al met een snelle decoupeerzaag worden gezaagd. Het grootste voordeel is het gewicht. U kunt gemakkelijk constructies en bouwprojecten plannen en uitvoeren zonder rekening te moeten houden met het gewicht van de profielen. Elke profielrail is voorzien van getrokken rubberen sluitingen, die tevens zorgen voor de nodige dichtheid en druk op de kanaalplaten. Onze rubberen sluitingen kunnen indien nodig worden vervangen. Aluminium profielen gaan tientallen jaren mee als u ze goed onderhoudt.

- Om een goede installatie te verzekeren, kunnen daksparren kruiselings of in de lengterichting van de dakhelling lopen.
- The aluminum profiles have drilling grooves for easier screw fixing
- Aluminium profielrails moeten worden voorgeboord met een boor van 8 mm op een afstand van 30 cm in de lengte
- Kanaalplaten kunnen niet worden belopen – onze panelen kunnen alleen worden belopen via een last verdelende plank. Deze loopplank moet rusten op de statisch ondersteunende constructie.

- S&V delivers Monday through Saturday between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.Â
Can I also return products?
- We offer a return of your goods at the fixed shipping cost
- Goods must be returned in perfect condition to receive full financial value.
- The return period is 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Customized materials are excluded from the return process and cannot be returned.Â
