Use
Ontworpen om kanaalplaten van 16mm te bevestigen op onderconstructies in de randzone van de polycarbonaat platen. De kunststof banen zorgen voor een extra thermische isolatie.

What do the profiles look like?
The designation is bare aluminum, i.e., untreated pure aluminum.
- Pressed aluminum has a silver-gray appearance
- On contact with air, aluminum forms a thin oxide film

How are the profiles attached?
Supplies

- 16 mm kanaalplaten
- Screws and fasteners

- Rubber seals or sealing tape
- Saw (adapted for aluminum if necessary)

- Safety glasses and gloves
Step 1: Preparation
- Measuring: Measure the area where the channel plates and profiles will be installed. Check the dimensions of both the channel plates and profiles to make sure everything fits.
- Sawing: If necessary, cut the profiles to the correct length. Use tools suitable for cutting aluminum.
Step 2: Attaching the bottom profiles
- Placement: Place the bottom profiles along the edges of the installation site. Use a level to ensure they are perfectly level.
- Fastening: Screw the bottom profiles to the substructure. Make sure the screws are placed at regular intervals for maximum stability.
Step 3: Installing the channel plates
- Installation: Place the channel boards one by one in the bottom profiles. Make sure that they fit firmly inside the profiles and fit snugly together.
- Sealing: Use rubber seals or sealing tape along the sides of the boards to create a watertight seal.
Step 4: Attaching the top profiles
- Placement: put the top profiles over the channel sheets and the bottom profiles. These provide additional stability and hold the slabs in place.

Should I help the driver unload the products?
- Delivery is by freight transport and in addition, you are expected to assist in unloading.

- A schedule will be shared with you with time windows of one part of the day.
- You will receive notification via email no later than 1 day before delivery.
- S&V delivers Monday through Saturday between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Can I also return products?
- We offer a return of your goods at the fixed shipping cost
- Goods must be returned in perfect condition to receive full financial value.
- The return period is 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Customized materials are excluded from the return process and cannot be returned.
