Should I help the driver unload the products?
- Delivery is by freight transport and in addition, you are expected to assist in unloading.
- We drive to the delivery address and there is a cooperation duty from the customer to cooperate in unloading.
- Without your help, the driver cannot unload the (usually very bulky) goods.
Reasons why delivery by freight transport cannot take place
- The delivery address is on a street or inaccessible to freight transport
- The delivery address is on a street or is accessible only by a street whose passability is prohibited for vehicles with a permissible total weight of 40 tons
- The delivery address is located in a street or accessible only by a street narrower than 3.25 meters or limited to a passage width of less than 3.25 meters at a point to be passed during delivery due to obstacles such as parked vehicles or a construction site.

Do I have to be present at the delivery?
- Someone authorized by you must be present.
- On the one hand, to confirm the delivery of the goods in writing.
- On the other hand, unloading the goods requires your assistance in such a way that the forwarder's employee is supported by physical assistance in unloading the goods from the truck to the curb.
- At best, the recipient (customer or authorized representative) is expected, physically able, to lift a weight of up to 30 kilograms.
Can I request a more specific time of receipt?
- No specific desired delivery time can be agreed upon.
- A schedule will be shared with you with time windows of one part of the day.Â
- You will receive notification via email no later than 1 day before delivery.Â
- S&V delivers Monday through Saturday between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.Â
Can I also return products?
- We offer a return of your goods at the fixed shipping cost
- Goods must be returned in perfect condition to receive full financial value.
- The return period is 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Customized materials are excluded from the return process and cannot be returned.Â
